For all submissions, as in the past, schools will be reporting two groups of students:
Students in the first group are those coded as ‘19’ (expected to continue) in Field #23 (Exit Status). Students in the second group are those with an Exit Status other than ‘19’.
There are three SRSD collections per year: Fall submission, Spring submission, and an End of Year (EOY) submission. For each submission, the data should be transmitted by the local districts and PSAs to their ISDs five weeks after the pupil count date, and by the ISDs to the state seven weeks after the pupil count date. For the EOY submission, the data from the local districts and PSAs should be complete and accurate on or before June 30 (the last day of the school year) when it is submitted to the ISD.
