Revised Rules Summary
The revised Administrative Rules went into effect
March 12, 2007. The following is a summary of the changes:
Bingo
- The one hour requirement between bingos has been removed.
- Charity game tickets may only be sold during the time stated on the license.
- Workers may receive food and beverages valued up to $10 if consumed while working.
- Bonanza bingo cards may now be used.
- Workers no longer have to be members of the organization. The bingo chairperson still must be a bona fide member for six months.
- Hall licensees may advertise bingo conducted at their location.
Millionaire Party
- The recordkeeper must be a bona fide member of the organization.
- Workers no longer have to be members of the organization. The
millionaire party chairperson still must be a bona fide member for six months.
- Location owners may advertise a millionaire party conducted at their
location.
Suppliers
- Suppliers of millionaire party equipment must file an itemized price list of
all equipment and services with the bureau.
