Information about prisoners in county jails or city lockups, or about offenders who were sentenced to jail only cannot be found on the Offender Tracking and Information System (OTIS). Jails are operated by counties. State prisons are operated by the Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC). Therefore, you will need to contact the county/city jail where the offender is currently being lodged for further information.
