How do I have my telephone number blocked?

To have your telephone number blocked to prevent an individual prisoner from calling, there is a telephone menu system available when the prisoner calls which will allow you to activate this block. Listen to all the menu options before making your selection. Once activated, the prisoner will be unable to contact this telephone number.

To have your telephone number blocked at all facilities and camps, submit a written request giving your name, address and telephone number, including area code to:

Michigan Department of Corrections
Attn: Deputy Director
Correctional Facilities Administration
P.O. Box 30003
Lansing, MI 48909
