The Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC), in partnership with the Michigan Department of Career Development (MDCD), is pleased to offer Michigan employers an alternative source of skilled workers.

By following the instructions below, you can find soon-to-be "graduates" of several MDOC advanced vocational programs. These graduates' resumes have been added to the Michigan Talent Bank and coded in a manner that will allow employers to easily find them by using these same codes when conducting a resume search. For a complete review on an individual's file you may access his/her MDOC history by visiting the Offender Tracking Information System .
