The DEQ, Waste and Hazardous Materials Division will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 4, 2008, at the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library Auditorium located at 1710 West St. Andrews in Midland to receive comment on a Part 111, Hazardous Waste Management, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended, draft renewal operating license for The Dow Chemical Company to continue operation of its hazardous waste landfill disposal facility located at 2314 West Salzburg Road in Midland, Michigan.
