Federal Grants Information  The Michigan Department of Human Services Bureau of Juvenile Justice is responsible for administering several federal grants from the Office of Juvenile Justice Deliquency Prevention. MCJJ Programs Currently Funded Through BJJ  Michigan Department of Human Services, Bureau of Juvenile Justice Federal Grants Unit program summary. Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Grants Michigan receives approximately 2.7 million to administer Fomula Grants Community Prevention Programs. The Formula Grant Program and The Community Prevention Grants Programs are authorized under Title II, Part B and Title V Sec 5o1 of the 2002 OJJDP Act. Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) Grants Grants administered by Bureau of Juvenile Justice to support delinquency program initiatives, including prevention, reintegration, gender specific, and community-based programs.
