The Family Resource Centers are placed within the priority schools to coordinate services according to the goals developed and shared by the family, community, school and all other agencies involved.

• Family Resource Centers Sites 
Family Resource Centers have been established in selected elementary and middle schools. The centers channel child and family services provided by state and local agencies in the school building.
