30	DHS Summarily Suspends the Group Child Care Home License of Robert Thompson The Michigan Department of Human Services (DHS), Bureau of Children and Adult Licensing (BCAL), issued an order of summary suspension and notice of intent to revoke the license of Genesee County child care center licensee Robert Thompson and Little Characters Child Care, #DC250291926, 3020 Dupont, Flint. This action resulted from a recent investigation of a complaint of the child care center.
