Managing Technology
The Michigan Department of Information Technology (MDIT) provides technical and management support services to all State of Michigan agencies. The areas within MDIT providing support services are Agency Services, and Infrastructure Services. These services assist agencies in providing state-of-the-art IT products to the public.

Organizational Work Areas
The Michigan Department of Information Technology was established by Executive Order No. 2001-3 to professionally manage the state's IT resources, and to deliver timely value added services through trusted partnerships with our customers.
