• DELEG uses performance measures to hold itself and its programs to established expectations. Performance measures are a management tool that measure progress and results achieved for enhancing decision-making and accountability. Performance measures are the proof of success or failure. Whether the performance measure is quantitative or qualitative is less important than the fact that it provides demonstrable evidence of progress. The following represent each DLEG programs' report for the period October 1, 2006 thru September 30, 2007. The individual report names correspond to the Section Numbers in Public Act 345 of 2006.
