Please use this application if you are an individual seeking to acquire a property adjacent (next door) to a property you currently own to use as a side lot.

Properties included in the Adjacent Lot Disposition Program
must meet the following criteria:

• Residential Property Conveyance Application 

Please use this application if you are an individual and interested in acquiring a residential lot, with or without a structure that will be used for residential purposes.

• Non-Profit Corporation Property Conveyance Application 

Please use this application if you are a not-for-profit entity seeking to acquire any type of property from the Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority.

• Commercial & Corporate Property Conveyance Application 

Please use this application if you are a corporate entity seeking to acquire any type of property. This application should also be used if you are an individual seeking to purchase a property that is zoned commercial or industrial or will be used for commercial or industrial purposes.

• Request for Property Reconveyance Application 

If you believe that property previously owned by you is in the inventory of the Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority due to an error in the foreclosure process, please submit a completed "Request for Property Reconveyance Application" with all required supporting documentation to the Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority, c/o Reconveyance, 7150 Harris Drive, Lansing, Michigan 48909.
