Once submitted you will receive a price quote with delivery and payment options within 2 business days.  Price quotes are good for 30 days.  The typical data list includes the licensee name, license number, address and license status.  Your order will not be processed until after full payment has been received.

General pricing:   Minimum order price for 1-1000 records is $47 (paper listing) or $77 (electronic on CD or by email). There is additional charge for each record over 1000.
