The decision has been reached that auctioneer registrants will
receive a two year registration with all registrations
expiring 9-30 of the odd-numbered years.  Application forms
have been updated to collect the appropriate fee:

$ 200 x 2 (two "per year" registration fees) plus a
   +50   one-time, non-refundable application processing fee of $50
 $450

Applications received after 9-30-08 or whose registration will be
issued for less than a one-year duration will pay $250.
Eligibility for refunds will be determined on a case by case basis.
