Hunting Incident Statistics

Hunter Education courses are certainly making a difference. Since the mandatory classes began, Michigan has seen a significant drop in hunting related injuries and deaths. Still, each year there are a number of unfortunate accidents in the field. The following is a break down of accidents and deaths over the past 30+ years.
