• Spring Turkey Leftover License Availability
If any limited quota licenses remain after the drawing, unsuccessful spring turkey applicants may purchase one leftover license on a first-come first-served basis for a one-week period beginning March 10 at 10 a.m. (EDT). Any licenses that remain as of March 17 at 10 a.m. (EDT), also will be available for purchase over the counter by individuals who did not apply for a spring turkey license. Notes: It is unlawful to purchase more than one spring turkey license. The Guaranteed Hunt Period is not a limited-quota hunt, and is NOT available as a leftover license.

• Bear and Elk License Opportunity for Youth and Hunters with an Advanced Illness
Applicants who are successful in the bear or elk license drawings may transfer their drawing success to any unsuccessful youth applicant or to any qualified person of legal hunting age with an advanced illness.
