Eagles, hawks, owls, spruce and sharp-tailed grouse, wolverines, wolves, lynx, moose, cougars, cub bears and sows accompanied by cubs, may not be taken at any time. All nongame birds are protected, except starlings, English sparrows and feral pigeons.
