Bobby has working navigation lights, horns, siren, blue emergency light, and AM/FM cassette and remooter speaker and microphone system. Bobby is capable of holding a converstation with an audience without the audience being able to see the operator. The average presentation lasts about an hour and consists of how to safely do a water rescue without the recuer going into the water and the importance of wearing a life jacket (PFD). Sutdents are taught to reach for a victim, throw a life preserver or go for help but never go into the water to perform a rescue.
