The proposed mining operations are located on a 120-acre parcel of state forest land in the Gwinn Management Unit described as the N ½ of the NW ¼ and the SW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 12, T50N, R29W, Michigamme Township, Marquette County. MINING AND RECLAMATION PLAN - PURSUANT TO DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES METALLIC MINERAL LEASE: Kennecott Eagle Minerals Corporation's proposed Eagle Mine occupies part of a state of Michigan metallic mineral lease.
