Implementation Schedule
It is our goal to have all federal and state grants transitioned from GCMRS to the CMS by September 30, 2007 . Once a grant is moved to CMS, it will no longer be accessible from GCMRS. After September 30, 2007 , the GCMRS will be available only for historical purposes.

The transition plan started with grants affecting only the Intermediate School Districts; however, starting February 26, 2007 we will start to push the CMS to include all grants and all recipients. The implementation schedule below shows the proposed cut-over dates for the different grants. Please note that those grants may not be available for up to one week after the cut-over date.
