Drivers with seven points or more on their driving record will receive fee assessments.

Points assessments are assessed once annually for drivers who accumulate and maintain seven or more points on their driving record. Drivers will be assessed each year in which seven or more points remain. Additional information about the Driver Responsibility Fee law and printable forms are available on this website.
