 About HAL Heroes
One of HAL's Employee Recognition Program activities is the HAL Hero award. The HAL Hero award is a spontaneous opportunity to recognize individuals who are living the four core values of Inclusion, Integrity, Excellence, and Teamwork. It can be given to any person by any person at any time. When a staff member observes a colleague modeling the core values, they give a HAL Hero award to that colleague. The giver writes a few words of explanation on the HAL Hero form and presents it to the recipient. Following are the HAL Hero awards that were given to employees during 2007 and 2008.
