LANSING, April 5, 2004 – Timothy Parcher of Canton recently had a very lucky day thanks to the Michigan Lottery!  He is rolling in dough after matching all five numbers in the March 25 Michigan Rolldown drawing to win a $13,569 jackpot prize!  The winning numbers for that drawing were: 11, 14, 17, 22 and 32.

In total for the March 25 drawing, 14,583 winners shared $46,686 in prizes.  In addition to the sole jackpot winner, 59 winners matched four numbers to win a $94 prize; 1,631 winners matched three numbers to win a $9 prize; and 12,892 winners matched two numbers to win the $1 prize.

Parcher purchased the winning “easy pick” ticket at Pine Tree, 39409 Joy Road, in Canton.

The lucky 43-year-old learned he had a jackpot-winning ticket after seeing the numbers broadcast on WDIV-TV 4.

“When I checked the numbers on my ticket and discovered I had won a jackpot prize, I couldn’t believe it!” exclaimed Parcher.  “I am so excited to be a winner!”

Prior to turning the winning ticket in at the Lottery’s regional office in Lansing, the winner said he kept it in his wallet at all times to ensure its safety.  Parcher, who enjoys camping, hunting, fishing and attending sporting events in his spare time, added that he plans to use his winnings to take a vacation.

Michigan Rolldown drawings are held at 7:29 p.m., and the cost to play is $1 per wager.  Tickets are available at more than 7,000 Lottery retailers statewide.
