Product Information:
The recalled product comes in a 12.6 ounce white paper tin tie bag and is sold under the names Little Bay Baking and GFCFDiet.

Problem/Reason for Recall:
The recalled product may contain undeclared soy. People with allergies or severe sensitivities to soy run the risk of serious or life-threatening reaction if they consume the recalled product.

No illnesses have been reported to date.

The recall was initiated after it was discovered that Corn Bread and Muffin Mix containing possible traces of soy was distributed in packaging that did not reveal the presence of soy. Subsequent investigation indicates the problem was caused by a temporary breakdown in the company's ordering processes.
