| Pesticide Applicators' Certification Examination Schedule |

The Michigan Department of Agriculture (MDA) offers certified Pesticide Applicator and Registered Applicator exams at several locations throughout the state in 2009/2010. The dates, times, and locations for all exam sessions can be found on this Certification Examination Statewide Schedule.
*** EXAMS ARE GIVEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY ***
- You must call the phone # assocciated with the exam session you choose to reserve a seat and to schedule an appointment to take your exam.
- Phone numbers provided are for exam scheduling purposes only. Many of the numbers are hosted by volunteer associations that cannot answer all certification questions. Call MDA at 1-800-292-3939 if you have questions about the applicator certification program.

- You must take your renewal application to the exam site.
