• Maternal Infant Health Program (MIHP) Design Project
The MIHP Design Project is a Michigan Department of Community Health (MDCH) strategic planning initiative to reengineer the Medicaid Maternal Support Services (MSS) and Infant Support Services (ISS) Programs, using a population management model.
