Mission Statement
The mission of the department's Immunization Program is
to minimize and prevent the occurrence of
vaccine-preventable diseases within our state.

Vision Statement
The Division of Immunization will work to implement effective strategies
and to strengthen partnerships with our stakeholders to eliminate vaccine-preventable diseases in Michigan.
