• Leadership Audit Tool The free Leadership Audit Tool enables education management leaders to assess management styles and pinpoint management skills and techniques that necessitate improvement. The inventory is divided into key areas of problem solving and decision making, learning, structural conditions, community concerns, school culture, and human resources.
