If the loan application is incomplete, the appropriate party
(student, school, or lender/servicer) will be notified (telephone call or
written documentation) to provide the necessary information. If the application
is rejected, notification will also be sent appropriate parties.

(you will need to register for immediate access) or by contacting a customer
services representative by telephone at 1-888-824-7044.
It is just that easy to find out the status of your loan guaranteed by the
Michigan Guaranty Agency.
