Filing a Formal Complaint

Parties involved in unresolved disputes between a franchise entity and a video/cable provider, or between providers should promptly contact the MPSC for assistance in resolving their dispute. Parties should follow the process as set forth in 2009 PA 4. Because the Commission's authority is limited to that provided by statute, a formal complaint can only involve issues that the Commission is responsible for.

Complaints should be submitted, by an attorney, to the Executive Secretary's office. For questions about filing your complaint, you may contact the Executive Secretary's office by calling: (517) 241-6160
