Program Design/Implementation

The Program Design and Implementation Workgroup coordinates program delivery between utilities, new technology assessment, and updating of the Michigan Deemed Savings Database (MEMD).

This workgroup will determine the structure and direction to be used throughout the Energy Optimization program. The Program Design and Implementation Workgroup will apply strategies to be used over the course of this plan to establish optimal outcomes.

This workgroup is given the unique ability to process information and propositions to attain program quality, assurance, and advantageous objectives. It is highly desirable to develop a comprehensive design that takes into account the needs of all participants of the EO Collaborative as well as outside entities. Once that design has been developed, it can be implemented in phases to be determined by the workgroup.
