MPSC - Low-Income Programs

The Low-Income Workgroup coordinates comprehensive assessment of all issues impacting the design and implementation of low-income Energy Optimization programs. This workgroup is responsible for developing appropriate guidelines relating to the delivery of the EO program to low-income participants to show availability, need, and focus of these plans. Providing assistance and opportunities to the low-income population are key factors for this workgroup to consider in the design and implementation of these EO programs.

Low-Income Subgroup - Neighborhood Sweep Workgroup
The Neighborhood Sweep Workgroup is a subgroup formed under the Low-Income Workgroup. This workgroup establishes neighborhood sweep weatherization pilot programs that include significant energy saving measures in selected neighborhoods. A neighborhood sweep may involve weatherization teams performing energy audit visits followed by completion of significant energy efficient measures.
