Special “Save the Dream” legislation was signed into law allowing the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) to refinance mortgage loans for borrowers who may be facing mortgage difficulties and who qualify for MSHDA’s low-interest safe and secure loans. We encourage the media to help the Authority in getting the word out to Michigan residents who are in need of these refinance programs.
