Project Description:
Avalon will assist 132 households (approximately 272 persons) through the rehabilitation of 72 existing units of at-risk low-income housing. Grant funds will also be used for the creation of a housing coordinator to assist 60 homeless adults returning from prison through Avalon's prisoner re-entry program.
