Leases

All units must have a valid lease. Section 8 and 236 properties are requires to use specific leases which must be U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) approved. For all other Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) and Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties there is no specific required lease. Below are MSHDA approved recommended leases and addendums.
