Note:   Applicants for any class must pay appropriate fingerprint processing fees.  A private vendor, L-1 Identity Solutions, performs this service.  They collect all fees associated with fingerprinting.  Each applicant listed in Item 8 of the application is required to be fingerprinted.  The Livescan Fingerprint Request form is included in the application packet.
