How do I file a complaint against a dealership, repair facility or mechanic?
 
Answer:

A complaint form must be filled out by the consumer and submitted to the Complaint Investigations Unit, along with all supporting documentation. You may obtain this complaint form by using the online automotive complaint form or by calling 1-888-SOS-MICH (1-888-767-6424). If a complaint kit is mailed to you, you may submit the completed form and all supporting documents via fax (517) 373-7419 or by mail to:
