As part of our continuing efforts to reduce costs, the WCA will no longer be providing Weekly Wage Loss Benefit Tables in hard copy format. This change starts with the 2008 Weekly Benefit Tables. Instead, the tables have been published on our website at www.michigan.gov/wca  under "What's New."  The complete version of these tables can also be found at this direct link: http://www.michigan.gov/documents/wca/wca_2008_Rate_Book_216974_7.pdf .  Once the file has been opened, it can be saved to your personal computer for future reference, or printed as a hard copy.

Remember: all Workers' Compensation rate calculations can be handled using the calculation program which can be downloaded at no cost from our website at: http://www.michigan.gov/wca/0,1607,7-191--108224--,00.html

The 2008 calculation program as well as the State Average Weekly Wage and related rate figures should be available in the first week of January, 2008, and will be promptly posted.
