The bureau continues to receive inquiries and correspondence from attorneys and heath care providers concerning the amount health care providers may charge for medical records under a workers' compensation subpoena.

• Health Care Services Rule Requirement to Reimburse Providers a 3% Late Fee for Payments That Exceed 30 Days
The Bureau has received numerous complaints from health care providers that payers are refusing to reimburse the additional 3% late fee.
