With the closing of our permanent staffed office in Traverse City, please be advised that Traverse City files are now housed in Grand Rapids and Gaylord files are now housed in Escanaba. Staff in those offices will be responsible for the maintenance of the files, including docketing and mail handling.

Subpoenaed records should be sent to these respective locations.

Effective October 31, 2005, we will conduct hearings in Traverse City at the previously used location at Grand View Plaza, 3^rd Floor, 10850 Traverse City Hwy. Hearings will also continue to be held in Gaylord in accord with present practice.
