2003 Maximum Weekly Benefit Rate

The Michigan Department of Career Development has reported the state average weekly wage as of June 30, 2002 to be $724.96. In accordance with Section 418.355 of the Workers' Disability Compensation Act, the 2003 maximum weekly benefit based on 90% of the state average weekly wage is $653.00.
